No significant adverse effects were observed besides inhibition of cholinesterase activity in high-dose animal studies; In a two generation feeding study with rats the LOEL for reproductive toxicity was 0.5 ppm (0.025 mg/kg/day) based on marked decrease in live birth index; No evidence of teratogenicity based on studies with rabbits and rats; [HSDB]
